All returns require a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (786) 249-8665 or reach out through our contact form. Our representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with an RMA number along with detailed shipping instructions.
Returns submitted without an RMA will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
Engines
Short blocks
Decks
Electrical parts
Carburetors
Please consult our customer service team before purchasing these items.
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If a return is requested for reasons other than our error (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product), the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Used or damaged items are not eligible for return under this policy.
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

The original packaging
Immediately contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) and file a damage report. Obtain a written report or reference number.
Email sales@2mequipment.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
Photos of the damage and packaging
Carrier report/reference number
Order number
Contact information
Brief description of the damage
Our team will review your claim. If approved, a refund will be issued for the damaged item and applicable shipping fees.
Important:
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Additional documentation may be requested.
Refunds are subject to approval.
Federal shipping regulations prohibit the return of engine-powered equipment that has been fueled or oiled. If issues arise, the product must be taken to an authorized service center for warranty repair.
Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may require manufacturer approval for return. If approved:
You may be responsible for round-trip shipping.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If delivery is refused, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping costs.
Special-order or custom-built items are non-returnable, as they are not stocked in our warehouse.
Items that have been installed cannot be returned. Improper installation is the responsibility of the purchaser or installer. Warranty claims may be possible depending on manufacturer approval.
Please inspect items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is suspected, write “Possible Freight Damage” on the receipt.
Defective items should be tested within 15 days of receipt. Our customer service team or the manufacturer’s service department can provide technical support.
