Orders under 150 lbs typically ship via UPS or USPS (no signature required).
Orders over 150 lbs ship via LTL freight carriers such as R&L Carriers or Southeastern Freight.
Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Delivery is curbside only (to your driveway or curb).
The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
You must inspect the shipment upon arrival.
If you notice:

Missing items
Refuse the shipment and clearly note the issue with the driver before signing.
Contact Compact Equipment immediately if you refuse delivery so we can assist you.

A lift-gate is a hydraulic platform that lowers heavy freight from the truck to the ground.
We recommend requesting a lift-gate if:
You are receiving a residential delivery
You do not have equipment to unload heavy items
Some items may be too large for lift-gate service and may require a forklift. This will be noted on the product page.
We do not ship to:
PO Boxes
APO/FPO military addresses
Expedited shipping is not available at checkout but may be arranged by contacting us directly.

If your package appears opened or repackaged, please inspect all contents carefully.
Some items may ship without original packaging due to bulk vendor shipments. All products are brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
You may cancel only if your order has not shipped within 12 business days.
